Floors

Interlocking Floor - the pieces may be produced solely with white cement concrete or only with a surface coating. It is also possible to increase the dual or multiple color composition on the surface. Currently they are used in many applications such as sidewalks, parking lots, garages, pedestrian walks, bicycle paths, patios, parks, swimming pool areas, external mall areas, industrial floors, airport areas and container terminal areas amongst other. They are beautiful and lasting floors. It is important to observe that the same equipment used for the manufacture of this floor type also produces concrete blocks (standard or split) and modular blocks.

Industrial Brick – generally presents a polished finishing. With great durability, the diverse aggregates types associated to the pigment are responsible for the floors finish beauty and colors. It might be confused with the natural stone. The applications are diverse such as internal airports areas, shopping centers, commercial areas, elevated floors areas, residential areas and garages, amongst other.

Hydraulic Brick – made by artisans, the hydraulic bricks are usually colored, creating designs, and are used together with other floor types such as wood, or burnt cement, polished concrete, stone wash or ceramic. Generally they are used in commercial and residential areas.

Athermanous floor – The porosity associated to texture, avoids slipping offering greater safety to the user, in comparison to other materials. In general, it presents a clear tone, which provides the low temperature maintenance. It presents a modular system, including borders, which allow adaptations to different projects. They are applied mainly in swimming pool and leisure areas.

Precast slabs – with great durability, are produced industrially and may have different sizes, finish and colors. The more common applications are for parking lots, leisure areas, sidewalks, bicycle paths, pedestrian walks, patios, parks and garages.

Structures

Resulting from the creativity of various projects, usually the apparent concrete has a singular identity. Associated with the concrete workability property, various shapes and surfaces can be achieved, i.e. concrete pieces such as beams, columns and walls manufactured on site or precast. Depending on the product finish, it can be confused with natural stone. They are applicable in buildings, pavilions, sculptures and footbridges construction.

Roofings

Roof Tiles – concrete roof tiles provide safety and beauty due to their color and shape diversity, tightness, low absorption, precision in the dimensions and saving. They can be used for residential, commercial and industrial roofings.

Ceilings – the white cement ceilings are generally produced with mineralized wood. Apart from good esthetics, those ceilings serve well the acoustic comfort requirement.

Sealant

Facade Slabs – they are manufactured in conventional or GRFC (glass reinforced fiber concrete) concrete. The use of different surface treatments types, special aggregates and pigments can provide different finish types. They are used in large jobs such as airports and shopping centers, as well as residential and commercial buildings constructions, etc.

Blocks – they can be of smooth or “split” finish. They are frequently produced with White Cement Votoran, with a final exposed finish with a rock appearance. Coating is not necessary. They can be used for any construction type (buildings, houses, walls, etc.).

Urban Furniture

Concrete articles – This category includes numerous products such as stanchions, hollow pieces, park benches, decorative elements for gardens, bins, posts, amongst other.

Precast stone wash – versatile product, generally of a polished finish, it can result in diverse products such as floor slabs, partition panels, countertops, table and sink covers. The diverse types of aggregates associated to pigment are responsible for the products finish beauty and color.

Modular blocks – in spite of there having a structural function (support walls), when produced in white cement, they result in elements, whose colors and finishes offer beauty and are used for landscaping ends.

Coating

Decorative coatings – they are decorative panels that resemble natural stones or may have other finishes. Generally they are used for the internal or external walls coating.

Decorative paints and mortars – used for decorative coating, because they show diverse textures and colors, and protect the surface with durability. They may be manufactured to be applied by hand or with automatic gun, in internal or external environments.

Hydraulic brick – produced by artisans and used very much as a coating detail on ceramic walls, and smooth or textured paint.
